We set a maximum group size to ensure the quality and effectiveness of the training. Safeguarding is a sensitive and complex topic that benefits from discussion, interaction and real-world scenario work.

Smaller groups allow our trainers to engage with participants more directly, tailor content to their roles, answer questions thoroughly and ensure everyone has a clear understanding of their responsibilities.

We offer two flexible delivery options to meet the needs of your organisation:

1. In-Person Training (Trainer comes to your Workplace)

One of our experienced safeguarding trainers will visit your setting to deliver face-to-face training tailored to your team.
Our in-person training sessions are ideal for organisations that prefer a hands-on approach and value group discussion within their own context. We train groups of up to 20 participants per session to maintain quality and interaction. Please contact us if you would like a session with more participants.

2. Live Virtual Training (Via Secure Video Link)

Our virtual sessions are led in real time by the same expert trainer as our face-to-face in-person safeguarding training courses highlighted above.

We deliver training remotely via a platform similar to Zoom or Microsoft Teams. This method offers the same high-quality, interactive content as if the trainer was at your site address as well as provides accessibility for multi-site or remote teams, without travel and the opportunity for discussion, Q&A and breakout activities.
