Our approach is to save Academies time/money by removing the need to take a large number of courses and replacing them with as few as possible - for example our Safeguarding in Education (SiE) course is three courses in one.
If you were to cost out the time spent training across all your staff then reducing the number of courses they need to take represents a huge saving in both time and cost. Of course all our courses are written in line with key inspection requirements for Ofsted, Estyn, Education Scotland, The Independent Schools Inspectorate (ISI), The Education Training Inspectorate (ETI) and equivalent governing bodies and regional variants are available.
Our Learning Management System is the best in the sector and also includes automatic reminders and renewals to minimise the administration burden, plus it can produce bespoke management reports for each Academy as required. It becomes each school's single central record for safeguarding training and is why, for instance, schools use our Prevent online course rather than the government's own course.
As an Academy you would automatically join our Partner Programme giving you unlimited access to all our online training courses at a fixed cost.
As a Partner you can influence the future courses we introduce. So for example, as a result of recent Partner input we now offer education specific Asbestos Awareness courses for the whole school staff and Food Hygiene Level 2 online courses for school canteen staff. Any additional courses we develop are provided free of charge to our Partners during the two year period of their Partner licence.
