Available courses

Introduction to Child Protection
This training is suitable for everyone who comes into contact with children and covers legislation and guidance, the different types of child abuse, the range of indicators of abuse and neglect, together with your responsibilities with regard to reporting concerns. There is an education version of this course which has been specifically written for those working in schools and nurseries.

Further Child Protection
This course is for those who wish to have a deeper understanding of safeguarding or those who are taking a designated safeguarding role within a school/organisation. It covers child protection policies and procedures, identifying concerns, handling allegations and complaints and how and when to make referrals.

e-Safety Training
With Ofsted now including e-Safety within their safeguarding requirements this online course gives an introduction to e-Safety and raises your awareness of: the different types of technology, the risks to children, the importance of educating and empowering children, the risk to you and how to deal with e-Safety incidents. A specific education version of this course is available, written by a leading e-Safety expert who has on the ground experience of working with many schools.
