Parents worry about children’s mental health

Research conducted by Action for Children has found that 40% of the 2,267 parents surveyed said their children’s emotional well-being was an area of concern for them.

It appears that mothers are more worried about the issue than fathers, with 47% of mothers and 32% of fathers citing their children’s mental wellbeing as of concern.

In light of these figures, the charity is calling for more early support for families in order to prevent issues becoming more major.
