At the ChildProtectionCompany.com, we provide blended training. This comes in the form of a face-to-face child protection course which concludes with an on-line child protection training assessment.
If you want to be sure that the learners have taken everything they have been taught on board, then face-to-face training alone can be a disadvantage. At the end of a face-to-face training course, everyone would receive a certificate of attendance. This certificate only shows that the course has been attended but not that the learner has necessarily learned what has been taught during the session.
That’s where the blended learning comes into it’s own. The learner has to attain a level of accuracy by completing an assessment of understanding in order to receive the training course certificate.
